Notary services provided by Lance Cory Frank are in no way affiliated with Tarbell Realtors who prohibits their independent contractors from notarizing documents for clients of their affiliates Mission Hills Mortgage and Landwood Title. This is a rare occurrence as these entities employ their own notaries.  Please verify prior to requesting acceptance of assignment.

Signings may be halted at the sole discretion of the notary. The $50.00 Notary Reservation, Document review, and Travel charge is not refundable if the signing is halted or partially completed, but will be applied one time to a rescheduled signing once any issues have been resolved.  Since signing services rarely know exactly how many signers or signatures will be required, an additional $10 per notorial act will be billed once the signing is completed.
