The breathtaking broad strokes of open panoramic mountain vistas and sculptured golf courses entice many to the desert, but often the details are missed when we rush from our air-conditioned cars to our air-conditioned condos.
As a Realtor, part of Lance's job is to photograph properties for buyers and sellers. But being able to take pictures of front, rear, sides and back isn't what earned him his Bachelors from Temple University where he majored in documentary film making. It was his attention to the details, a quality he applies to every real estate transaction.
These are the things Lance has seen which go beyond the views. They are the details that make our desert a truly magical place to live and one of the many reasons he has choosen to live here for over 20 years. Check back here from time to time for new additions.

While working as a Las Vegas News Photographer in the early 80's, Lance was always looking for the right angle and ways to overcome obstacles to get just the right shot. His clients benefit from this drive to be the best which won him numerous awards from UPI, AP and a Regional Emmy Nomination.
