For fifteen years Tandy Corporation and Radio Shack trusted Lance to manage several Million Dollar Plus stores in the Palm Springs area. Thousands of Coachella Valley residents trusted him for their consumer electronics needs from the smallest telephone connector to the most expensive computer.  A Million Dollars might not sound like much in terms of Real Estate sales, but in the consumer electronics field it is considered high volume. It is also important to consider that a million dollars in consumer electronics sales is not made in a single transaction as it might be in Real Estate, it is made with thousands of transactions delivering outstanding customer service to thousands of customers, day after day, week after week, month after month, quarter to quarter.  Lance’s driving work ethnic, commitment to excellence, and dedication to his customers earned him awards too numerous to mention. His stores were consistently ranked among the top performers in his district and region.

Lance's success at Radio Shack enabled him to purchase his first home in 1997, a bank owned property in Bermuda Dunes Country Club. With no one to guide him, he found the experience quite intimidating and even tried unsuccessfully to cancel the transaction.  It worked out for the best when he sold the property at the top of the market eight years later. The experience would serve him well when he later became a Realtor.  Lance knows first hand the anxiety and confusion first time home buyers experience and uses his experience to help guide them through the process.
