Approved Service Provider Directory Disclosure & Disclaimer

Listing in the Concierge Desk® Approved Service Provider Directory is an advertising
product for which some listed businesses have paid a fee.

Advertisers are invited to participate based on direct experience or recommendations of
third party sources.

Advertisers may apply directly for listing. Applicant information is assumed to be accurate
and truthful. Advertisers are assumed to be businesses in good standing unless customer
feedback or other sources indicate otherwise.

Concierge Desk® makes no warranty, expressed or implied, for the quality of service
delivered by advertisers.

Users of this site agree to hold Concierge Desk® harmless from any loss which may be
incurred as a result of patronizing advertisers.

Concierge of The Month/Year Competitions

Certificates are issued monthly to all nominees.

If there are multiple nominees in a particular business category, a service provider
of the month and year certificate will be issued to the nominees with the most votes
in that business class.

No month or year certificate will be issued if there is less than two nominees in a particular
business class.

Which business class a business falls into will be determined at Concierge Desk discretion.

Duplicate votes will be disqualified at our discretion.

To maintain the integrity of the balloting process, random verification of votes
will be made. Evidence of ballot stuffing will result in  disqualification of ballots

Palm Canyon Advertising® and Concierge Desk® are committed to maintaining the
accuracy and integrity of the balloting process, but due to circumstances beyond our
control  results can not be guaranteed.

Users agree to hold Palm Canyon Advertising® and Concierge Desk® harmless of
any responsibility resulting from the issuance or lack of issuance of a certificate.

Concierge Desk® may issue discretionary awards from time to time.

Years in business qualification for exclusive directory of service providers may be waived
at Concierge Desk® discretion.

These terms of service may be modified at any time without prior notice.
