Lance believes community service is more than being a cheerleader. He believes that no matter how perfect your community is, be it local, state, national or global, it is your duty to strive to make it better. Sometimes it involves donating money. Sometimes it involves donating labor. Sometimes it involves contributing ideas. He believes that for any one to have value, they must all have value and equally so.
