Terms and accuracy of offers and quality of goods and service offered are the responsibility
of the business placing the listing or advertisement. Palm Canyon Advertising is not liable for
discrepancies.

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information services we offer.
However, we are dependent on other sources for much of this information and due to
a wide variety of factors inaccuracies can and do occur. Palm Canyon Advertising  is
not liable for any damages or loss which may be incurred as the result of inaccuracies in
the information we provide directly or through third party services.  Please inform us of

Privacy Policy / Credit Card Security

Any information you provide Palm Canyon Advertising through any of its web properties
is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell our customer lists. Affiliates listed or linked to
our sites have their own policies which may or may not be similar to our own. Please read
these policies before providing private information.

If you provide us with your e-mail address, you may occasionally receive bulk mailing from
us. If you do not wish to receive these e-mails in the future, simply reply to the e-mail with
the word "remove" and your name will be deleted from all future mailing. Your e-mail address
may be visible to other members of the list who in turn might send you e-mail.

Credit card payments for our services are only taken through Pay Pal. Credit card payments
taken through this service or taken directly in the future use secure servers and state of the art
encryption technology to protect your credit card information. This technology will be provided
by the bank or other payment processing service who is responsible for maintaining the integrity
of their systems. Affiliates listed or linked to our sites may or may not use secure servers.
Individual merchants and their hosting/secure server providers are responsible for credit card
processing and security of orders you place on their sites.

Technical Difficulties / Limited Liability / Compensation for outages

The Internet is growing and improving in leaps and bounds, but like any new technology there
are still "bugs" to be worked out. Access to our site and the reliability of delivery of e-mail
services we offer are subject to delay and outages due to a wide variety of technical factors
beyond our control.  Palm Canyon Advertising is not liable for any damages which may derive
from these delays or outages. We recommend follow up voice communication to verify the
receipt of e-mail of legal or other important documents if no verification of receipt is received
via return e-mail. We also recommend the retention of printed "hard copies" of important
documents transmitted via e-mail or other forms of electronic transmission.

Advertisers will be compensated for extended outages (24 hours or more) of our sites with
pro - rated extension of the contracted run time of their advertisement.

On Line Identity/ Affiliations

Palm Canyon Advertising is not necessarily affiliated with sites with similar names but different
extensions regardless of the existence of direct or indirect text or banner links to these sites.
These links may exist due to our affiliation with other sites who in turn also have agreements
with these sites. Direct links are avoided but may appear as a result of a syndication agreement
with a third party.

Intellectual Property

By contributing to our content via e-mail, blogs or responding to our surveys  you grant permission to
Palm Canyon Advertising and its subsidiaries to publish your submission on this and other web
sites, to edit them, display them without restriction, and to create derivative works for use in any and
all media free of charge with out financial compensation now or in the future.

You indicate your understanding that the world wide web is a mass publishing medium and your
submission may be viewed by anyone and recounted to anyone and may be re-published in whole
or part on the Internet and in other media by third parties. You agree to hold us harmless from any
use of your submission by these third parties.

You accept all liability for the content of  your submissions in whole or in part and represent that you are
the copyright owner of the material you submit. You agree to hold Palm Canyon Advertising and its
subsidiaries harmless of any liability which may result by our use of the material you submit even if a change in
meaning should result from our editing of  your contribution for any reason including but not limited to space
considerations or unacceptable content.

Our forums encourage the free flow of ideas but  we reserve the right to edit or exclude entirely
commentaries which we deem unsuitable.

Trade/Servicemarks of Palm Canyon Advertising.

Arbitration

Any legal controversy or legal claim arising out of or relating to these terms, excluding legal action
taken by Palm Canyon Advertising to collect our fees and/ or services shall be settled by binding
arbitration.  Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not
be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitrations
shall be conducted in Palm Desert, California and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered
into any court having jurisdiction thereof.
