Buying or selling a home never was a simple process. Today, it can be even more complicated. Today, the market is dominated by foreclosed bank owned properties (REOs) and short sale properties in the process of being foreclosed. If you're a seller you will be dealing with cut throat pricing. If you're a buyer you probably wont be using the consumer friendly Realtor contract.  You better have a Broker in your corner who has experience reading bank addendums. Relax I'll take care of it.  My first home bought in 1997 was an REO.
